Creative Retreats

Work on your dreams intensively in the peace of a retreat centre
A couple of times a year I run a short retreat (2 or 3 days) in a retreat centre, such as Sutton Courtenay Abbey. This will give you the opportunity to explore your dreams intensively with like-minded people, in an atmosphere of creativity and contemplation.
The focus is on the emotional and creative exploration of dreams, culminating in a short rite of passage celebrating the journey you have just taken. Many people use the creative products of the retreat (a piece of writing, a painting, a dance, etc.) as parts of the rite.
Retreats are ideal for those with busy lifestyles who can't make a regular commitment to individual sessions or groups, but who need the space to reflect on their lives, their dreams, and the way forward. They are also a great preparation for a public life-ceremony, such as a wedding.
